Our automated vision inspection systems are widely used in medical device manufacturing, new energy vehicle components, silicone rubber, ceramics, powder metallurgy, precision metal parts, injection molding, and electrical equipment. The CKW-Group product line has evolved to its sixth-generation AI-powered full inspection system. We operate out of a 6,000 m² headquarters and employ more than 130 vision technology specialists. In China, we run four manufacturing sites—our first and second plants are located in Dalang, شنتشن; the third in Ningbo, Zhejiang; and the fourth in Wuxi, Jiangsu. We successfully entered the capacitor, resistor, inductor, and synthetic diamond industries, achieving stable inspection speeds of over 2,500 pieces per minute. This year also marked the integration of AI deep learning into standard machines for silicone, rubber, and precision metal parts. |
